Mission

• Work within the labor movement to foster better understanding of
  the needs of LGBT union members.
   
• Work within the LGBT community for a better understanding of the
  trade union movement, its principles and its achievements.
   
• Work to organize the vast majority of unorganized LGBT workers
  into the trade union movement.
